EDITORIAL
The stability of a political system, the continent or whatever way of life depends on whether its principle of legitimacy is perceived as justified. African states for the passed month had been unstable, as prices of basic commodities are experiencing a great rise; situations of violation of human rights, lack of freedom and violence against youths are also prime.

In this twelfth edition of INSPIRE African youths set out to acknowledge that the cultural and social realities of modern society impose certain tasks and constraints upon our attempts to make sense of the proper nature of development through articles on human right, freedom, democracy, justice, violence and the millennium pandemic the HIV/AIDS.
