Mission
The organization is a non-profit making organization contributing to its members and stakeholders' effectiveness in the transformation and empowering youth so that they will appreciate and see the importance of the Agricultural sector as well as fighting against HIV/AIDS , and facilitating capacity building programs for members (Youth) for sustainable development, as well as providing a sound mind, stress free and also caring for the affected.

The Vision of the organization is to be a leading, dynamic and reputable organization offering efficient and effective services to its members and the community at large

Main Objectives
. To focus on Youth of today to appreciate the importance of agriculture.

. To create a supportive environment and informal employment creation for compassion and develop an understanding mind for the youth.

. Empowering young people through income generating projects therefore reducing dependency.

. To alleviate poverty through agricultural production and nutrition.

. To focus on HIV prevention awareness emphasizing on HIV key drivers and Abstinence and being faithfull.

. To increase awareness among members on the care and support for the affected members so as to increase the production of food.

. Mobilizing the community to take a leading role in taking care of the vulnerable children as well as promoting gender equality in the programming.

. To uphold the right of all,without discrimination, to a natural and social environment supportive of human dignity boldly health, and spiritual wellbeing with special attention to rights of indegenous people.

Activities
1.Engaging in awareness programmes to the youths pertaining to our Agricultural projects.

2. Creating our membership/ subscribers database.

3.Sourcing funds through attending National Empowerment programmes and workshops.

4. Sourcing land in our catchment area for the viability of our projects.
